- Provide proactive PA support to two or three Partners (and wider team) \n
- Manage complex diaries, inboxes, meetings and appointments \n
- Coordinate travel, accommodation and detailed itineraries \n
- Prepare agendas, meeting packs, presentations and follow-up actions \n
- Manage confidential correspondence and documentation \n
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders \n
- \n
- Produce, edit and format professional documents, reports and presentations \n
- Create visually engaging PowerPoint presentations using images, graphics and corporate branding \n
- Maintain accurate electronic filing systems and departmental records \n
- Support billing and general administrative processes \n
- Delegate work to Business Support Assistants where appropriate \n
- Assist with onboarding administration and internal communications \n

- Coordinate meetings, workshops and departmental events \n
- Process expenses and support day-to-day operational activities \n
- Liaise confidently with clients and senior stakeholders \n
- Work collaboratively with the wider Business Support and Executive Assistant teams \n
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes \n
- \n
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, professionally and within agreed deadlines \n
- Maintain confidentiality and high professional standards at all times \n
- Provide company secretarial and wider business support where required \n
- \n
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Business Support professional supporting senior leaders \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills \n
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple deadlines \n
- Strong initiative with the confidence to work independently \n
- Exceptional attention to detail \n
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Outlook and Excel \n
- Excellent PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce polished, creative presentations incorporating graphics, images and professional layouts \n
- Strong IT aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software and internal systems \n
- A proactive, positive and flexible approach to work \n
- The ability to build excellent working relationships with colleagues, clients and stakeholders at all levels \n
