A respected and growing Wealth Management firm is seeking an IFA Administrator to support two Directors and their High-Net-Worth client portfolios. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-known regional business with a focus on developing talent internally.

Working as part of the adviser support team, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing client communication and ongoing contact

• Liaising with product providers
\n
• Submitting and tracking new business
\n
• Completing platform work
\n
• Preparing valuations and documentation for client meetings

This position offers a clear progression route. The firm has a proven track record of developing Administrators into Trainee Financial Planners within 12–24 months, with full support toward industry exams and structured career development.
