We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Relationship Advisor to join our Inchinnan site. We are looking for someone who’s organisational skills are outstanding and who is proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel in particular. You must have a passion for delivering high levels of customer service support.

• Managing and follow up on customer queries and questions.
\n
• Supporting on an internal service inbox
\n
• Dealing with customer complaints and complaint resolution.
\n
• Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
\n
• Co-ordination and support Account Managers.
\n
• Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
\n
• Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
\n
• Reactive renegotiation of accounts.
