Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate (3–5 PQE) – Ipswich

A growing and well-regarded Commercial Property team in Ipswich is looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate to support its continued expansion and evolving client base.

This opportunity suits a Solicitor seeking to progress their commercial property career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The role offers exposure to high-quality work alongside experienced partners and senior associates, with genuine responsibility and support from the outset.

The Role

You will advise a broad client base on a wide range of commercial property matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases, licences and renewals
\n
• Secured lending and property finance
\n
• Development matters, including options and overage
\n
• Corporate property support on acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Landlord and tenant matters
\n

About You

The team is ideally seeking a Solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE, although candidates outside this range will be considered. You will bring:

• Solid experience in Commercial Property
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
\n
• The ability to manage a caseload with appropriate guidance
\n
• A proactive, client-focused approach
\n
• Excellent drafting, communication and organisational skills
\n
