Duties of a Car Sales Executive:\n

\n
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets
\n
• Maximising profitability on each sale as a Car Sales Executive
\n
• Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
\n
• Presenting customers with options, accessories, extended warranties, and finance facilities
\n
• Developing product knowledge, including features and benefits
\n
• Acting as a brand ambassador with full understanding of all vehicles and related products
\n
• Managing customer appointments and following up on sales leads
\n
• Working in a fast-paced environment, especially during periods of stock expansion
\n

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:\n

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a car sales role within the motor trade
\n
• Proven track record of high customer satisfaction scores
\n
• Excellent communication skills
\n
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory procedures
\n
• Organisation skills to manage customer appointments effectively
\n
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and actively prospect new customers
\n
• Full UK driving licence with a clean record preferred
\n
• Customer-facing experience from retail, hospitality, or similar sectors will be considered
