\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanner to join a successful and growing financial planning practice based in Altrincham.

\nThe Role
\nAs a Paraplanner, you will provide essential support to Financial Advisers throughout the advice process, carrying out detailed research, analysing client information, and producing comprehensive suitability reports and recommendations.
\nYou will play a key role in ensuring client records are accurate, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards while delivering an outstanding service to both clients and advisers.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Analyse clients' financial circumstances, objectives and requirements \n
- Develop and maintain cashflow models and financial planning reports \n
- Prepare product illustrations, suitability reports, recommendation letters and supporting documentation \n
- Maintain complete and accurate client files and back-office records \n
- Update cashflow models and carry out investment performance reviews \n
- Produce financial planning reports, discussion papers and supporting analysis \n
- Liaise with Financial Advisers to support the delivery of client recommendations \n
- Coordinate with administration teams to ensure documentation and applications are completed accurately \n
- Produce fund fact sheets and investment analysis using FE Analytics \n
- Carry out risk assessments and compare risk ratings for investment recommendations \n
- Complete attitude to risk assessments and pension analysis using industry software \n
- Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards \n
- Keep up to date with product developments, legislation and market changes \n
- Adhere to FCA regulations and internal compliance procedures at all times \n
About You
\nThe successful candidate will have:
\n- \n
- Previous experience within a Paraplanning role \n
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and financial planning products \n
- Experience using financial planning and provider platforms \n
- Familiarity with back-office systems and financial software \n
- Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail \n
- Strong written and verbal communication skills \n
- The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure \n
- A proactive and adaptable approach with a strong client focus \n
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment \n
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and maintaining industry knowledge \n
