• £24.43 per hour overtime rate (after 48 hours worked per week)

Shift Patterns\n

\n
• Days: Monday to Friday
\n
• Nights: Sunday to Thursday
\n
• 4 on, 4 off shift pattern also available
\n

Start TimesDay Shifts\n

\n
• Start times between 02:00 and 07:00
\n
• Earlier starts may be required to meet delivery schedules, including deliveries into Southampton from 05:00
\n

Night Shifts\n

\n
• Start times between 16:00 and 21:00
\n

The RoleYou will be completing RDC pallet deliveries across the South East, ensuring deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.Key Responsibilities\n

• Completing RDC pallet deliveries across the South East region
\n
• Conducting vehicle checks and ensuring compliance with transport legislation
\n
• Maintaining accurate delivery documentation
\n
• Providing a professional service at all times
\n
• Adhering to driving hours and working time regulations
\n

Average shift lengths 12–15 hours.Assessment & InductionBefore starting, all successful candidates must complete:\n

• Drug and alcohol screening
\n
• Theory assessment
\n
• Practical driving assessment
\n

Following successful completion, you will be invited to attend a full site induction.What We're Looking For\n

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
\n
• Valid Driver CPC Qualification
\n
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
\n
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
\n
• No DR10, CD10, or IN10 endorsements
\n
• Positive, reliable, and professional attitude
\n
• Strong understanding of driver compliance and road safety
\n
