\nIn this role, the successful Project Manager or similar will be responsible for the oversight and management of projects from initial conception through to completion. In addition, you will also be responsible for ensuring quotes and/or proposed scope of works meet both contract documents and client enquiries alongside design criteria, as well as preparing and updating the programme of works. On top of this, you will also be responsible for ordering materials, assigning labour, calculating likely profit margins etc… as well as reviewing both tenders and quotations where applicable. Finally, you will be responsible for both client, customer and inter-departmental liaison, ensuring accurate technical documentation of any projects worked.
\nThe ideal Project Manager or similar will have a background within the Building Services/MEP/Facilities Management/Construction industry or a related field, with prior experience in a Project Manager position or similar. In addition, you will also have a strong working knowledge of HVAC systems. On top of this, you will be responsible for attending client sites to survey existing and proposed instillations, with the ability to address client queries, obtain landlord approval, submit building regulation submissions etc… Finally, you will have strong organisational, communicational and analytical skills, with the ability to work well both as part of a team and autonomously, as well as a full, valid UK driver's license.
