Commercial Conveyancing Locum

CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established law firm that is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Locum to provide holiday cover for a two-week assignment starting on 27 July.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced locum who can quickly integrate into a busy Commercial Property department, manage an existing caseload and provide support to the wider team throughout the assignment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a varied commercial property caseload, including:

• Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Commercial leases, including grants, assignments and renewals
\n
• Landlord and tenant matters
\n
• Property refinancing and secured lending
\n
• Asset management work
\n
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal documentation
\n
• Managing files from instruction through to completion
\n
• Providing high-quality advice and maintaining excellent client relationships
\n

To be considered for this role, you will:

\n
• Be a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner
\n
• Have proven experience managing a commercial property caseload independently
\n
• Be able to work with minimal supervision and hit the ground running
\n
• Be available to start on 27 July
\n
• Have excellent organisational, communication and client care skills
\n
