\nRole: Regional Sales Manager
\nLocation: Central England (Territory covering Uxbridge, Didcot, Northampton, Warwick, Solihull, Reading, Whitney, Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield and Slough)
\nContract: Permanent
\nSalary: up to £38,000 per annum (Dependent on Experience), 20% Discretionary Bonus, plus company car & fuel card

\nThe Role of Regional Sales Manager:
\nAt Acosta Europe we build bold partnerships with some of the world's most exciting brands, and Red Bull is no exception. As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll lead a high-performing team of 10 Strikers, helping to shape and execute the in-store sales strategy across the territory. You'll be at the forefront of growth, innovation, and inspiration—guiding your team to deliver exceptional results within the grocery channel.
\nThis is a leadership role where you'll be driving performance through coaching, development and strategy execution. You'll oversee a team of 10 Strikers to deliver Red Bull's category sales plans, build strong retailer relationships and ensure the region consistently exceeds expectations.
\nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and inspire your team of 10 to deliver regional sales KPIs. \n
- Deliver outstanding execution of Red Bull's grocery plans through your team. \n
- Conduct field visits, performance appraisals and development days. \n
- Collaborate with stakeholders at Red Bull and Acosta to align on strategy and execution. \n
- Analyse KPIs and field data to optimise regional performance and identify growth opportunities. \n
- Recruit and retain high-performing Strikers, ensuring minimal disruption to the business. \n
- Implement regional operational plans that support sales growth and team development. \n
- Control regional budgets, costs and ensure efficient use of resources. \n
- Contribute insight and feedback to drive innovation and new business opportunities \n
- Willingness to travel extensively across your region. \n
What We're Looking For in our Regional Sales Manager:

- Experience in FMCG, retail or field sales management, leading and guiding a team to exceed targets. \n
- Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to build relationships and credibility across the organisation and within our client base. \n
- Confident in coaching, performance management and stakeholder engagement. \n
- Commercially aware with the ability to analyse and adapt sales plans. \n
- Organised, IT proficient (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). \n
- Full UK driving licence. \n
