Senior Manager – Accounting & AdvisorySalary: £110,000 – £130,000 + car allowance + excellent benefitsLocation: Remote – London / Birmingham / Central EuropeAbout the Role Trinity House Group is partnering exclusively with a FTSE-listed business to appoint a Senior Manager – Accounting & Advisory into their International Finance Function. This is a newly created, high-impact position at the heart of a growing Accounting & Advisory team.What You'll Be Doing\n

- Ensuring international financial outputs are aligned with Group policy under IFRS and US GAAP, while fielding technical queries from across Operations, Internal Audit, Tax, Treasury and Group Reporting \n
- Translating complex accounting challenges into practical, compliant solutions in partnership with regional finance teams \n
- Supporting M&A activity end-to-end — from structuring and due diligence through to integration and reporting — working closely with Strategy & Development and Tax \n
- Overseeing group reporting, local statutory audits and the ongoing streamlining of reporting processes across divisions \n
- Leading external audit coordination alongside Internal Control, Risk and Finance; driving system-based monitoring of reporting deadlines \n
- Pioneering process improvements, delivering training and shaping policy — building strong relationships across diverse functions and regions \n

- Deep IFRS expertise; US GAAP exposure is a strong advantage \n
- A sharp, independent thinker who can research, analyse and resolve complex technical accounting issues \n
- Excellent communication skills — able to distil complexity for any audience, from regional finance teams to C-suite \n
- Commercial mindset with a practical, solutions-first approach \n
- Outstanding stakeholder management and the ability to build trust quickly at senior level \n
- Highly organised, self-driven and comfortable operating in ambiguity \n

- Professionally qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) \n
- Solid grounding in financial accounting, IFRS and ideally US GAAP \n
- Hands-on experience with acquisition and divestment accounting \n
- Proven ability to influence international, senior-level stakeholders \n
- Confident writing technical accounting memos and adapting your style to your audience \n
- A genuine big-picture thinker \n
