Financial Adviser

Salary: £35,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience)

Location: Harlow

Working Pattern: Hybrid

Recruit UK is delighted to be supporting a growing financial planning firm in Harlow as they expand their adviser team. They're keen to speak with experienced Advisers as well as ambitious Level 4 qualified professionals looking to transition into an adviser role.

As a Financial Adviser, you will:

• Meet with clients and build lasting relationships.

• Deliver holistic advice across pensions, investments and protection.
\n
• Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable solutions.
\n
• Manage an existing client bank while developing new business opportunities.
\n
• Carry out annual reviews.
\n
• Work alongside experienced paraplanners and administrators.
\n
• Maintain high compliance and regulatory standards.
\n

• Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
\n
• Advising experience or a strong desire to move into an adviser position.
\n
• Excellent communication skills.
\n
• Client focused and commercially aware.
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n

• £35,000 to £60,000 depending on experience.
