Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for managing a full residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction through to post-completion, including:

  • Residential sales and purchases
  • \n
  • Remortgage transactions
  • \n
  • Equity release matters
  • \n
  • Transfer of equity transactions
  • \n
  • Matrimonial transfers
  • \n
  • Reviewing and checking freehold and leasehold titles
  • \n
  • Providing guidance, support, and training to Conveyancing Assistants
  • \n
\n

About You As the successful candidate, you will have:

\n
    \n
  • A qualified Solicitor status, CILEX qualification, Licensed Conveyancer status, or equivalent fee-earning experience within residential property
  • \n
  • Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • \n
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing procedures and processes
  • \n
  • Good understanding of freehold and leasehold transactions
  • \n
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • \n
