Care Assistants - Job description

• We are currently looking to recruit Care Assistants to work in our home care company covering Perth and Kinross Council area.
\n
• As part of our Care team at MM Support your main duties will include:
\n
• Delivering high standards of care to clients in their own homes
\n
• Meeting the care needs of service users in a person centered approach
\n
• Working within Health & Social Care Standards in line with company policies
\n
• Ensuring the protection, wellbeing and safety of clients
\n
• Ensuring effective written and oral communication
\n

Care Assistants - The Person:

\n
• Reliable hard working Person
\n
• Must Have UK Driving Licence and a Car
\n
• No Previous experience needed as full training will be given
\n
• To work as part of a team or independently
\n
• Knowledge of the Health & Social Care Standards
\n
• Reliable, passionate & trustworthy
\n
• Access to a Smartphone
\n
• Eligible to work in the UK
\n
• Flexible to work within multiple environments
\n
• Must be willing to register with the SSSC
\n
• Must be flexible and willing to cover shifts at short notice.
\n
