We're looking for a passionate, customer-focused Optical Assistant to join a stylish, modern independent practice that prides itself on delivering outstanding patient care alongside luxury eye wear and a truly personalised experience.

As an Optical Assistant, you'll play an integral role in delivering a premium customer journey from the moment patients walk through the door.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and providing exceptional customer service

• Carrying out pre-screening and eye health checks
\n
• Ensuring a seamless handover to the Optometrist
\n
• Dispensing luxury eyewear and premium prescription lenses
\n
• Offering personalised styling advice on designer frames, sunglasses and accessories
\n
• Adjusting, fitting and repairing spectacles
\n
• Supporting patients with contact lens teaches
\n
• Helping create a warm, professional and memorable patient experience
\n
