\nSANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a wonderful, modern primary school based in Haringey. The school is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join their vibrant and supportive team, starting after the Easter break.

- Location: Mainstream primary school in Haringey \n
- Start Date: Sep 2026 \n
- End Date: July 2027 (end of the academic year) \n
- Working Pattern: Full-time, 5 days a week \n
- Salary: MPS 1-6 (£198 - £257.89 per day) \n
As a Year 5 Teacher, you will have the responsibility of delivering engaging and dynamic lessons to a class of enthusiastic learners. The role involves planning and delivering the Year 5 curriculum in a way that supports differentiation, ensuring that all students, including those with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), are able to reach their full potential.
\nYou will be part of a close-knit teaching team that is committed to creating a positive learning environment where every child's well being and academic success are prioritised. \nThe Ideal Candidate:
\nWe are looking for a passionate and motivated Year 5 Teacher who:

- Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and has a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum \n
- Has experience teaching Year 5 or similar age groups, with a proven track record of raising student achievement \n
- Can deliver engaging and well-planned lessons that inspire students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills \n
- Demonstrates a commitment to differentiation, ensuring that every child can access the curriculum at their level \n
- Is adept at classroom management, using positive behaviour strategies to create an inclusive and focused learning environment \n
- Has a deep understanding of assessment for learning and uses formative assessments to track progress and tailor teaching methods accordingly \n
- Is an excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to support the needs of the students \n
- Is passionate about continuous professional development and is keen to contribute to the wider school community \n
