\nPertemps are currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers on behalf of our client based in Hereford. Whether you're looking for ongoing full-time work or extra shifts to boost your earnings, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, industry-leading company with an outstanding reputation.\n
\nWorking Sunday to Thursday nights, you'll be completing straightforward trunk runs to a central location, with no handball involved, allowing you to focus on driving. Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply.\n

The Role\n
As a Class 1 Night Driver, your responsibilities will include:\n
\nCollecting and delivering goods using a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle\n
\nCompleting delivery paperwork and documentation accurately\n
\nConducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects\n
\nRepresenting the company in a professional manner at all times\n
\nProviding excellent customer service\n
\nFollowing all road transport and health & safety regulations\n
\n
Requirements\n
To be considered for this role, you will need:\n
\nA full UK Class 1 (Category C+E) driving licence\n
\nA valid CPC qualification card\n
\nA valid Digital Tachograph card\n
\nA positive, professional, and reliable attitude\n
\nA team-focused approach with pride in maintaining vehicle standards\n
\nNo more than 9 penalty points for minor endorsements\n
\nTo be aged 21 or over (for insurance purposes)\n
\n
Pay & Benefits\n
\n£19.00 per hour (exclusive of holiday pay)\n
\nSunday to Thursday night shifts\n
\nFriday and Saturday nights off\n
\nMinimum 8 hours pay guaranteed per shift\n
