\nWe are currently recruiting for a Machine Operator to join a busy and established manufacturing business in the Gloucester area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dependable individual with manufacturing or production experience to secure a full-time position with an immediate start.\n

Day to Day Duties:\n
\nOperating production machinery to manufacture high-quality products\n
\nLoading materials and preparing machines for production runs\n
\nMonitoring machine operations and ensuring efficient output\n
\nCarrying out quality inspections and checks on finished products\n
\nFollowing production schedules, work instructions, and specifications\n
\nIdentifying and reporting machine faults or maintenance requirements\n
\nMaintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment\n
\nSupporting the wider production team as required\n
\n
Requirement:\n
\nPrevious machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred\n
\nExperience within a manufacturing or woodworking environment would be advantageous\n
\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality\n
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\n
\nGood understanding of health and safety procedures\n
\nReliable and punctual with a positive attitude\n
\nWillingness to learn and develop new skills\n
\n
