London and EU Projects Yearly Salary - £50,000 - £75,000 Yearly Bonus Per Diem Travel Allowance Company Car/Car Allowance Pension Healthcare Responsibilities Commission BMS and control systems on large-scale data centre projects. Perform point-to-point checks, I/O testing and functional system testing. Carry out software testing, graphics validation and system integration. Diagnose and resolve commissioning issues efficiently on site. Work with HVAC, mechanical and electrical contractors during commissioning activities. Support integrated systems testing (IST), witnessing and client demonstrations. Produce commissioning documentation, test records and progress reports. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule and to the highest quality standards. Travel across the UK and Europe as projects require. Desired Experience Proven experience commissioning Building Management Systems (BMS). Experience with platforms such as Trend, Tridium Niagara, Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens, Honeywell, Distech, Johnson Controls or similar. Strong understanding of HVAC controls, plant operation and control strategies. Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, MQTT or other communication protocols. Ability to read and interpret control drawings, wiring schematics and commissioning documentation. Willingness to travel throughout the UK and Europe. Full UK driving licence.
