Hygiene Operative

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Night Hygiene Operative to work with a leading company in the food production sector in Anwick. This role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness across production lines, ensuring equipment is deep-cleaned and ready for operation.

The Hygiene Operative will work in a small team or on their own, following a clear cleaning schedule for our production lines - whether that be taking equipment apart and completing a full deep clean using chemicals or a simpler cleaning routine, Please note own transport required due to the location of the site.
\n The successful candidates will join one of our three night shift teams,

\n
• Shift A working a Sunday to Thursday shift,
\n
• Shift B Working Tuesday to Saturday shift,
\n
• Shift C Working Friday to Monday 10hr shift.
\n

Hours of work are :

\n
• 10pm - 6am from Mondays to Fridays,
\n
• Saturdays and Sundays are from 6pm - 2am,
\n
• The Weekend 10hr shifts are from 8pm - 6am Friday and Monday,
\n
• Saturday and Sunday 6pm - 4am.
\n

Pay rates:
\n * £16.26 hourly

Essential requirements for Night Hygiene:
\n * Must have own transport due to the location of the site
\n * Ability to work night shifts
\n * Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable requirements for Night Hygiene:
\n * Basic English speaking skills are an advantage
\n * Good attendance and reliability

Role tasks for Night Hygiene:
\n * Disassemble production equipment for thorough cleaning
\n * Perform deep cleaning using specialized chemicals
\n * Follow strict cleaning schedules and safety protocols
\n * Maintain a clean and hygienic production environment
