The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification

• Has experience teaching Mathematics within a secondary school setting

• Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills

• Is committed to raising attainment and improving student outcomes.

• Can build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
