Director of Housing property and investment

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join us as the Director of Housing Property and Investment. This role involves providing strategic leadership for Housing Property, Investment, and Asset Services, ensuring compliance with regulations while driving service improvements and resident satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership for Housing Property, Investment, and Asset Services.

• Lead stewardship and optimization of housing and property assets.
\n
• Drive a data-led approach to housing property services.
\n
• Ensure excellent value for money and high resident satisfaction.
\n
• Develop and deliver capital investment and maintenance programs aligned with the HRA Business Plan.
\n
• Oversee compliance with housing, health and safety, and building safety regulations.
\n
• Manage asset performance and risk through effective planning.
\n
• Engage residents in shaping repairs and investment programs. Qualifications:
\n
• Senior-level experience in housing property or asset management.
\n
• Strong knowledge of housing and building safety regulations.
\n
• Proven leadership skills with a focus on resident-centered services. Education Requirements:
\n
• Relevant degree in Property Management, Housing, or related field.
\n
• Professional certifications in housing or property management are advantageous. Experience Requirements:
\n
• Demonstrated experience in a senior leadership role within the housing sector.
\n
• Proven track record of managing large-scale housing projects and budgets.
\n
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership management.
