Due to continued growth and increasing demand, Academics is expanding its Early Years division! We have recently secured new partnerships with two large nationwide nursery groups, alongside growing demand across Hertfordshire, creating fantastic opportunities for passionate Early Years professionals.

We are currently recruiting Early Years Teaching Assistants and Level 3 CACHE-qualified Nursery Assistants for a variety of roles in Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding areas, including:

About the Role

As an Early Years professional, you'll play a key role in supporting young children's learning, development, and wellbeing within safe, nurturing environments. Working alongside experienced Early Years teams, you'll help deliver engaging activities that inspire curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.

  • Qualified in Early Years (Level 2, Level 3 CACHE, or equivalent)

  • Passionate about supporting children's learning and development
