\nPertemps are recruiting for Class 1 HGV Drivers to work for our client based out of East Midlands Gateway. As a Class 1 HGV Driver you will undertake trunking work to other company sites, NDC's and RDC's. This is clean work with no handball and presents long term work for Class 1 HGV Drivers. There will be opportunities to be taken on permanent as well should that be a pathway you'd like to explore. \n

Shift Patterns / Working Hours Available:\n
\n+ 4 on 4 off / Weekdays / Weeknights\n
\n+ Guaranteed 9.6 hours per shift minimum pay with OT paid out after 9.6 hours each day.\n
\n
The successful Class 1 Driver will:\n
\n+ Have a valid Class 1 License for a minimum of 6 months\n
\n+ Have a valid tacho and DQC card\n
\n+ Have a positive can do attitude\n
\n
Your duties as a Class 1 HGV Driver will include:\n
\n+ Trunking goods around the UK - No handball\n
\n+ Trailer swaps and backloads\n
\n
You will receive:\n
\n+ Nights - £18.75 per hour\n
\n+ Nights OT after 9.6 hours daily - £28.12 per hour\n
\n+ Days - £16.38 per hour\n
\n+ Days OT after 9.6 hours daily - £24.57 per hour\n
\n
