\n Van Driver (LWB Van Driver) – Temp to Perm – Maidstone – £14ph + Overtime\n

\n We are currently recruiting for an experienced Van Driver / LWB Van Driver for our client based in Maidstone. This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity for a reliable Multi Drop Delivery driver looking for long-term work.\n
\n
Working Hours & Pay:\n
\n
\n
    \n
  • Monday to Friday + half-day Saturday (Saturdays paid on OT rate)

    • \n
  • 1-hour unpaid break (must return to depot, then go back on the road)

    • \n
  • £14.00 per hour (PAYE via Pertemps)

    • \n
  • Overtime paid after 48 hours at 1.5x rate

    • \n
This role is ideal for a professional van driver who is confident driving a long wheel base van (LWB van driver role) and completing multi-drop deliveries.\n

Key Responsibilities:\n
\n
\n
    \n
  • Completing 20–40 drops per day

    • \n
  • Driving a long wheel base van (LWB Van Driver duties)

    • \n
  • Returning to the depot for breaks before continuing deliveries

    • \n
  • Ensuring safe, timely, and efficient deliveries

    • \n
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

    • \n

Delivery Van Driver Job Requirements:\n
\n \n
\n
    \n
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Van Driver / Delivery Driver

    • \n
  • Proven experience driving a long wheel base van (LWB Van Driver essential)

    • \n
  • Full UK driving licence (no major endorsements)

    • \n
  • Strong route planning and time management skills

    • \n
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

    • \n
  • Be computere literate
    • \n
  • \n
