\n Are you a successful Sales Team Leader looking for the next step in your career? We're looking for a motivated, hands-on leader to build, develop, and inspire a team of canvassers while helping drive the growth of our expanding dairy delivery business across North Birmingham.\n
\n
\n This isn't a desk-based management role. You'll be out in the field alongside your team, leading from the front, coaching new starters, and winning new customers through face-to-face sales.\n
\n
The Role\n

• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing canvassing team.
\n
• Work alongside your team, door knocking and generating new customers.
\n
• Coach and mentor new team members in effective canvassing techniques.
\n
• Drive sales performance and achieve ambitious growth targets.
\n
• Build long-term customer relationships and represent the business professionally.
\n
• Report on team performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
\n

About You\n

\n
• Currently working as a Sales Team Leader or Senior Canvasser looking to step into management.
\n
• Experience in door-to-door sales, milk delivery canvassing, utilities, home improvements, or other field sales environments.
\n
• A natural leader who enjoys motivating and developing people.
\n
• Comfortable being hands-on in the field and leading by example.
\n
• Passionate about growing a team and contributing to the success of an ambitious, expanding business.
\n
