\nOur client is looking for a proactive Family & Matrimonial Paralegal to support their growing Family Team. You’ll work closely with experienced solicitors on a varied caseload covering divorce, finances and children matters.\n
\n
Key Responsibilities\n
\nFamily law support across divorce, financial and children matters\n
\n
\nDrafting documents including court forms, statements and correspondence\n
\n
\nPreparing bundles and assisting with court work\n
\n
\nManaging files and accurate time recording\n
\n
\nClient communication with clients, counsel and third parties\n
\n
\nLegal research and general support for fee earners\n
\n
About You\n
\nFamily law experience in a paralegal or legal assistant role\n
\n
\nStrong organisation, communication and attention to detail\n
\n
\nAble to work independently and as part of a team\n
\n
\nPassionate about client care\n
\n
Desirable:\n
\n
\nLegal qualifications such as Law degree, LPC, SQE or CILEX (or working towards)\n
\n
