Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

Salary: up to £55k + Van + Tablet/ Phone

Location: West London

My client is looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their team. You will be covering West London; this is field based role.

Duties:

• Perform reactive maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems in commercial and industrial settings
\n
• General Plan Maintenance Tasks/ Building service maintenance
\n
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues related to HVAC equipment
\n
• Plan and execute onsite work, ensuring minimal downtime and high-quality service
\n
• Oversee mechanical and electrical installations, including plumbing and cooling systems
\n
• Plant room checks /Air conditioning filter cleaning
\n
• Emergency lighting flick testing
\n
• Fire alarm testing
\n
• PAT Testing
\n
• Report on materials and resource needs, ensuring timely ordering for efficient job completion
\n
• Ensure all work complies with Health & Safety regulations and best practices
\n
• Maintain high standards of customer service, keeping clients informed and satisfied
\n
