Join a Modern, High-Volume Bodyshop\nAre you an experienced PDR Technician looking for a fresh challenge in a professional, well-equipped bodyshop?
\nWe're recruiting on behalf of a large, modern accident repair centre in Peterborough, offering excellent earning potential, a fantastic working environment and a steady flow of work. You'll be repairing a wide range of vehicles, typically under 5 years old, meaning you'll be working on quality vehicles rather than tired, high-mileage cars.
\nThis is a permanent PAYE opportunity with genuine long-term stability and career progression.

As a PDR Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out high-quality paintless dent repairs across a variety of vehicle makes and models. Working alongside an experienced bodyshop team, you'll ensure repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.
Your Responsibilities\n- \n

Carry out high-quality paintless dent repairs (PDR)
\n - \n
Repair minor dents, door dings and creases
\n - \n
Remove larger dents and bodyline damage where possible
\n - \n
Use Push to Paint and Push to Prep techniques where appropriate
\n - \n
Prepare damaged panels to minimise filler and painting requirements
\n - \n
Work closely with the wider bodyshop team
\n - \n
Maintain high levels of quality, productivity and attention to detail
\n
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys producing first-class repairs.
\nYou'll ideally have:

Previous experience as a PDR Technician, Dent Repair Technician or Paintless Dent Removal Specialist
\n - \n
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality
\n - \n
Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach
\n - \n
Experience using Push to Paint / Push to Prep techniques (advantageous)
\n - \n
Ability to work independently and within a busy workshop team
\n - \n
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
\n
