The Opportunity

An established Essex law firm is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (NQ+) to join its busy Residential Conveyancing department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, handling a broad range of residential property matters while continuing to develop under experienced colleagues.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n
• New build transactions
\n
• Transfers of equity
\n
• Remortgages
\n
• Supporting clients throughout the transaction from instruction to completion
\n
• Building strong relationships with clients and referrers
\n
• Working closely with support staff to ensure an efficient client experience
\n
• Contributing positively to the continued growth of the department
\n

About You

To be considered, you will ideally have:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (NQ+)
\n
• Solid residential conveyancing experience gained during training or post-qualification
\n
• Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision
\n
• Excellent client care and communication skills
\n
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• A proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for residential property law
\n
