HR Generalist

I'm pleased to be working exclusively with an innovative and rapidly growing business in Norwich that's doing some seriously exciting work ! As they continue to scale, they're looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join their HR team and play a key role in shaping the employee experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role – combining hands-on HR operations with employee relations, manager coaching, process improvement and business-wide HR projects.What you'll be doing:\n

\n
• Managing the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding
\n
• Owning payroll inputs and people administration
\n
• Supporting managers with employee relations matters including absence, performance and disciplinary processes
\n
• Delivering HR training and promoting best practice across the business
\n
• Maintaining and improving HR policies, processes and compliance
\n
• Supporting engagement, wellbeing, learning & development and DEI initiatives
\n
• Playing a key role in the implementation of a new HRIS
\n

What we're looking for:\n

\n
• At least 3 years' experience in a generalist HR role. CIPD Level 5 qualification would be advantageous.
\n
• Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
\n
• Payroll experience and confidence managing payroll processes
\n
• Experience supporting and advising managers on HR matters
\n
