• Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish

• Providing clear and proactive communication to clients throughout the conveyancing process

• Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages and related matters

• Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents and other third parties

• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation

• Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care and attention to detail
