• Preparation of monthly management accounts and board reporting packs
\n
• Producing accruals, prepayments and month-end journals
\n
• Completing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining financial controls
\n
• Analysing financial performance and investigating variances
\n
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning processes
\n
• Developing financial models to support commercial decision-making
\n
• Business partnering with operational and department leaders
\n
• Monitoring and reporting on key business KPIs
\n
• Supporting year-end accounts and audit requirements
\n

What you'll need to succeed

\n
• Previous experience in a Management Accountant role
\n
• Strong month-end and management reporting experience
\n
• Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
\n
• The confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders
\n
