Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the team whilst they have the implementation of a new HR system. This is a temporary role initially for 3- 6 months but could be extended and could become permanent. The ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and a keen interest in HR processes and technology. This role can be full or part time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the rollout of the new HR system, including data migration, testing, and user acceptance activities.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity during system transition.
  • \n
  • Data entry/ updating the HR Database and scanning of documents
  • \n
  • Providing Data for Payroll
  • \n
  • Respond to initial HR Queries
  • \n
  • Triaging and responding to the HR Email Inbox
  • \n
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation, filing, and updating HR databases.
  • \n
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries related to the new system, offering guidance and troubleshooting support.
  • \n
  • Coordinate training sessions for staff on the new HR system and prepare user guides or FAQs.
  • \n
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth implementation and resolve any issues promptly.
  • \n
  • Support compliance with GDPR and other data protection requirements throughout the project.

Skills & Experience:

    \n
  • Previous experience in an HR Assistant / HR administrative role or similar position.
  • \n
  • Strong IT skills and confidence in learning new systems quickly.
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • \n
  • Knowledge of HR processes and data protection regulations is desirable.
