What will you do?

• You will undertake a mixture of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
\n
• Advise employers on respondent work
\n
• Advise on all levels of tribunal processes, including advocacy where appropriate
\n
• Complex discrimination and whistle blowing matters
\n
• Work on large scale projects and corporate transactions, due diligence, advise on consultation exercises
\n
• Provide ongoing HR and employment support to businesses
\n

What will you need?

\n
• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
\n
• Ideally between 2-6 yrs employment law experience
\n
