Reed Banking is partnering with a well-established international banking institution to recruit a Senior Operations Officer. This position plays a key role in supporting daily operational activity, ensuring transactions are processed accurately, settlements are completed on time, and front-office teams receive effective support.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify FX, Money Market and Securities transactions.
\n
• Prepare trade confirmations and support settlements.
\n
• Maintain transaction records and operational documentation.
\n
• Process invoices and assist with cash management activities.
\n
• Monitor securities settlements and corporate actions.
\n
• Liaise with traders, clients and counterparties to resolve queries.
\n
• Provide wider operational support and team cover as required.
\n

About You

\n
• Previous operations experience within a banking, treasury or financial markets environment.
\n
• Good understanding of products such as FX, Money Markets, Securities and Cash Management.
\n
• Familiarity with settlement and banking platforms (e.g. Euroclear, Murex or similar systems) would be beneficial.
\n
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
\n
• Effective communicator with the confidence to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
\n
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
\n
