Job Description

Recruit UK is supporting a well-established and growing financial planning firm in the search for a Wealth Administrator for their office in Poole. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Wealth Administrator looking to take on a more senior position, supporting advisers with complex client cases while helping maintain a high standard of service across the administration team.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Process complex new business, policy changes, transfers, withdrawals and valuations
  • \n
  • Provide high-level administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate client records across CRM and back-office systems
  • \n
  • Liaise with providers to resolve complex case queries efficiently
  • \n
  • Review work, share knowledge and provide support to junior administrators
  • \n
  • Ensure all administration is completed in line with FCA regulations and internal procedures
  • \n

Requirements:

\n
    \n
  • 2 years' experience in an IFA Administrator, Financial Services Administrator or similar Wealth Management support role (Required)
  • \n
  • Good knowledge of pensions, investments and protection products
  • \n
  • Experience processing new business, fund switches, withdrawals, transfers and ongoing servicing requests
  • \n
  • Confident using CRM and back-office systems (experience with SJP systems advantageous but not essential)
  • \n
