\nWe are excited to be exclusively partnering with our excellent client in Cheltenham in their search for a full time, permanent Receptionist. You will be working for a well-established and reputable local business that truly values and encourages its employees.
\n\nThis is a fully onsite role, where you will play a key role in being an enthusiastic and professional face of a busy, dynamic office. \n\nResponsibilities:
\n- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, creating a welcoming and professional reception experience.
\n- Answer incoming telephone calls promptly, redirecting where appropriate.
\n- Monitor and respond to general email enquiries, ensuring requests are handled efficiently.
\n- Issue access passes, and maintain contractor and visitor log book.
\n- Coordinate meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are prepared and presented to a high standard before meetings and events.
\n- Keep meeting spaces stocked with essential supplies such as stationery, refreshments, and presentation materials.
\n- Order stationery and kitchen supplies, maintaining appropriate stock levels.
\n- Liaise with external suppliers, contractors, and catering providers to support meetings and company events.
\n- Receive, sort, distribute and frank incoming and outgoing mail, courier deliveries, and special deliveries across the business.
\n- Maintain accurate records by updating internal systems and logging documentation as required.
\n- Carry out routine checks of reception, meeting rooms, and communal areas, reporting maintenance or health and safety concerns where appropriate.
\n- Provide general administrative support to the wider operations team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

\n\nHours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm / 8:30am – 4:30pm (fully onsite / no WFH)
\n\nSalary: £25,000 - £27,000 + benefits including:
