\nProcess & Assembly TechnicianLocation: OxfordshireShift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pmPay Rate: £14.00 - £14.25 per hour
\nWe're delighted to be partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing medical device manufacturer to recruit a Process & Assembly Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at the forefront of medical technology, where you'll play a key role in supporting the production of high-quality, life-changing products.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Operate precision manufacturing and assembly equipment. \n
- Carry out incoming quality inspections on engineered components. \n
- Support laboratory activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams. \n
- Work closely with the Process Engineering team to review manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. \n
- Follow established process controls, in-line monitoring, IPQC procedures, and metrology requirements to ensure products meet quality standards. \n
- Complete production documentation, including equipment and batch logbooks. \n
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies at all times. \n
- Assist with validation and qualification activities for new equipment and production batches. \n
Essential:
\n- \n
- Previous experience within a production or assembly environment. \n
- Experience carrying out quality inspection or quality control activities. \n
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. \n
Desirable:
\n- \n
- Experience within the medical device or another highly regulated manufacturing environment. \n
- Familiarity with metrology equipment and inspection techniques. \n
