A well-established high street law firm with multiple offices is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join its growing team in Aylesbury.

The firm has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and prides itself on its personal, client-focused approach.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload, working closely with a supportive and experienced team.

Responsibilities include:

\n
• Wills and estate planning, including tax-efficient strategies
\n
• Probate and estate administration, including complex and high-value estates
\n
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) and Court of Protection matters
\n
• Trusts, including creation, administration and advising trustees
\n
• Advising on inheritance tax and asset protection
\n

About You

\n
• 2+ years’ PQE in private client law, ideally in a high street or regional firm
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, LPAs and trusts
\n
• A client-focused approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• STEP qualification (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential
\n
• Ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive, collaborative team
\n
