\nThe Purchasing Coordinator will:

- Coordinate and manage purchase orders to meet operational requirements. \n
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and goods. \n
- Monitor stock levels and place orders to prevent shortages or overstocking. \n
- Maintain accurate purchasing records and update systems as needed. \n
- Resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries or supplier performance. \n
- Support the procurement team with administrative tasks and reporting. \n
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding supply needs and updates. \n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines. \n
Profile
\nThe successful Purchasing Coordinator should have:

- Exceptional administration experience ideally gained in procurement, purchasing or supply chain within an industrial or manufacturing environment. \n
- Strong organisational and communication skills to handle supplier and team interactions. \n
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing purchasing records. \n
- Familiarity with stock management and procurement systems. \n
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and managing supply chain challenges \n
- Immediate availability to start a new role \n
Job Offer
