Job Description
Shift Technical OperatorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Operations and Maintenance team at Lancashire Renewables Ltd. working on a 5-shift system at our Leyland facility.What you’ll be doingOversee the safe, efficient operation of bio-drying and odour control systems across the facility, providing technical expertise and hands-on support while partnering with supervisors to deliver effective operations and maintenance programmes.What you will bringTo be successful in this position, it is essential that you have the following experience:\n

- Strong mechanical skills and practical problem-solving \n
- Effective at prioritising work and meeting deadlines \n
- Good communicator and team player \n
- Safety-focused, organised, and detail-oriented \n
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn \n
- \n
- NPORS certification for mobile plant (e.g. Front-End Loader, Forklift Truck, Tele-truck) \n
- Knowledge or experience with bio-drying and waste processing systems \n
- Familiarity with odour abatement systems \n
- Understanding of processes and infrastructure in waste treatment facilities \n
