Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced FLT Drivers, Counterbalance Forklift Drivers, Forklift Truck Drivers, and Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics and warehouse operation in Preston.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a valid RTITB or ITSSAR Counterbalance Forklift Licence looking for an ongoing temporary role offering competitive pay rates, long 12-hour shifts, and the opportunity to work within a fast-paced logistics and warehouse environment.

• Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently.
\n
• Coordinate the servicing of packaging lines to maintain production flow.
\n
• Load and unload vehicles safely and accurately.
\n
• Transport stock, pallets, and materials throughout the warehouse and logistics areas.
\n
• Support the day-to-day operations of the logistics department.
\n
• Complete routine warehouse and forklift duties as required.
\n
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organisation.
\n
• Follow all health and safety procedures and safe forklift operating practices.
\n

• Valid RTITB or ITSSAR Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
\n
• Previous experience working as an FLT Driver, Counterbalance Forklift Driver, Forklift Truck Driver, Warehouse Operative, or Logistics Operative.
\n
• Experience within a warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
\n
• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
\n
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
\n
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
\n
