Do you enjoy coordinating learning activities, managing systems and building strong relationships across a business? Hoop Professional Services & HR are delighted to be supporting a well-established organisation in Swansea with the recruitment of a Learning & Development Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Joining a supportive and collaborative Learning & Development team, you'll play a key role in ensuring learning activities run smoothly across the organisation while gaining exposure to exciting projects, including the implementation of a new Learning Management System. The Role This is a busy and varied role where you'll be responsible for coordinating learning activities and providing first-class administrative support to the Learning & Development function. Your responsibilities will include:\n

- Coordinating internal and external training courses and professional qualifications. \n
- Booking employees onto learning programmes and monitoring attendance. \n
- Scheduling training across multiple office locations. \n
- Acting as the first point of contact for Learning & Development enquiries. \n
- Administering the Learning Management System, including setting up new starters and allocating mandatory learning. \n
- Monitoring training completion and following up with employees and managers to ensure compliance. \n
- Producing reports and analysing learning data using Excel and the Learning Management System. \n
- Raising purchase orders and supporting the management of the Learning & Development budget. \n
- Maintaining accurate learning records and ensuring data integrity. \n
- Supporting the wider Learning & Development team with ongoing projects, including the implementation of a new Learning Management System. \n

- Ideally previous experience within a Learning & Development, Training or HR Administration role. \n
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. \n
- Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail. \n
- Ideally experience using HR systems or Learning Management Systems. \n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- A proactive approach with the confidence to use your own initiative and build positive working relationships across the business. \n

- Salary of £27,000 - £31,000 depending on experience. \n
- Hybrid working (Thursday in the Swansea office-flexibilty with the other days). \n
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. \n
- A supportive and collaborative Learning & Development team. \n
- A varied role with plenty of stakeholder interaction across the business. \n
- The opportunity to gain experience supporting a major Learning Management System implementation project. \n
