Role: Territory Manager – TrucksSalary: £45,000 – £55,000 + Uncapped Performance BonusLocation: UK (Field-Based)Reporting To: Sales Team ManagerAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially driven Territory Manager to join a leading organisation within the industrial equipment and vehicle auction sector.This field-based role focuses on identifying and securing commercial vehicle consignments while developing long-term relationships with customers across the UK. You'll play a key role in growing the volume of vehicles entering auction through proactive business development and your existing industry network.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with experience in the construction, agriculture, transport or commercial vehicle sectors who thrives in a target-driven environment.Key Responsibilities\n

- Secure commercial vehicle consignments to maximise auction inventory ahead of scheduled sales. \n
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking and relationship building. \n
- Manage and grow an assigned territory while identifying opportunities nationwide. \n
- Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers and key industry contacts. \n
- Negotiate commercial agreements and identify opportunities to maximise sales performance. \n
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey from consignment through to auction. \n
- Represent the business at auctions, industry events and customer meetings as required. \n
- Contribute to the overall growth of the business by identifying market trends and new opportunities. \n

- A passionate vehicle or commercial transport professional with a strong commercial mindset. \n
- A confident negotiator with excellent relationship-building skills. \n
- Experienced in generating new business and managing customer accounts. \n
- Self-motivated, organised and capable of working independently. \n
- An excellent communicator who can build credibility and trust with customers. \n
- Target-driven with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach to sales. \n

- A proven track record in sales with a minimum of four years' experience within the construction, agriculture, transport or related industries. \n
- An established network of industry contacts. \n
- Good knowledge of the commercial vehicle, heavy equipment or auction marketplace. \n
- Strong understanding of current market trends and industry developments. \n
- Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills. \n
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK. \n
- Availability to attend auction events, including set-up and sale days. \n
- Full, clean UK driving licence. \n
- Confident using CRM and business systems (training provided where required). \n

- £45,000 – £55,000 basic salary. \n
