Location: Oversee a caseload across Kent

NonStop's client, based in the South East, is looking for a Supervising Social Worker to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for supervising caseload of carers in across Kent
\n
• Ensuring the highest standards of care are met
\n
• Recruit, train, and supervise carers upholding their therapeutic ways of working
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Registered with Social Work England (SWE)
\n
• Safeguarding experience
\n
• Fostering experience ideal
\n
• Up to date with current legislation
\n
