Electrical Supervisor (North West)

FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a leading Electrical Contracting company with the recruitment of an Electrician Supervisor.

Permanent position. This role will be based at the company's Leyland office, with all works carried out across the North West of England. Role is open to candidates from most locations in North-West England.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, support and motivate a site team on a day to day basis.
\n
• Perform and oversee high quality electrical installations.
\n
• Install and wire control panels, containment and field devices.
\n
• Collaborate with Project Managers to review drawings and monitor progress against programme.
\n
• Assign tasks and manage workload across the team.
\n
• Inspect work quality and carry out on-site quality control checks.
\n
• Troubleshoot technical issues on site.
\n
• Identify design and installation issues before they escalate.
\n
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
\n

Skills & Experience

\n
• Proven experience as an Electrician Supervisor, Electrical Supervisor, Lead Electrician or in a comparable electrical role.
\n
• Valid Gold JIB/ECS card.
\n
• SSSTS qualification preferred
\n
• Full UK driving licence.
\n
• Demonstrable experience installing and wiring control panels, containment and field devices.
\n
• Experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS).
\n
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and manage a site team.
\n
• Strong attention to detail with a sharp eye for quality control.
\n
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
\n
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
\n
