We have a fantastic opening for a proactive Mortgage Paraplanner / Mortgage Administrator to join a dynamic financial services firm covering mortgages, protection, wealth management and general insurance.

If you an experienced Mortgage Paraplanner / Mortgage Administrator that thrives in a fast paced, high volume environment and enjoy handling complex mortgage cases (including overseas / expat scenarios), this could be the role you’ve been looking for.

Key Responsibilities

• End to end mortgage case management from application to completion
\n
• Mortgage application packaging & submission to lenders/providers
\n
• Managing residential, BTL, remortgage and complex cases
\n
• Acting as contact for clients, lenders, solicitors, estate agents
\n
• Proactively chasing lenders, underwriters & third parties
\n
• Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems (pipeline management)
\n
• Handling compliance documentation & regulatory requirements
\n
• Managing case progression, updates, and completions
\n
• Processing and tracking fees, commissions & payments
\n

Experience required:

\n
• Highly experienced as a Mortgage Paraplanner / Mortgage Administrator
\n
• Experience of working complex mortgage cases, high volume pipelines
\n
• Exposure to overseas / expat mortgages (highly desirable)
\n
• CeMAP qualified – highly desired
\n
• Knowledge of FCA compliance, KYC, AML processes
\n
• Confident using CRM systems, lender portals, sourcing systems
\n
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
\n
• A true self-starter who can manage workload independently
\n

Salary: £30 - 40k Basic (Dependent on experience) + Excellent Bonus Potential
