Children Residential Support Worker

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing residential care provider based in Wigan who are looking for dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Workers to join their team.

The Role

You will be working directly with children and young people in a residential home environment, providing day-to-day care, emotional support, and positive guidance. You will help create a safe, nurturing environment where young people can thrive, supporting them with daily routines, activities, education, and personal development.

What We Are Looking For

A genuine passion for working with children and young people is essential. Previous experience in a residential, social care, or support work setting is desirable but not essential — full training and support will be provided. A Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent is an advantage. Enhanced DBS clearance will be required.
