Description

We are working with a leading international bank looking to appoint a Director within its Loan Capital Markets / Distribution team in London.

This is a front-office, market-facing role focused on investor coverage, deal distribution, and supporting origination across a diverse loan product set. The position sits at the intersection of structuring, sales, and market intelligence, with strong visibility across senior stakeholders internally and externally.

The successful candidate will take ownership of investor relationships and play a key role in driving primary and secondary market activity. Responsibilities will include:

• Leading investor coverage across banks, credit insurers, and institutional buyers
\n
• Driving distribution across primary transactions and supporting execution of sell-down processes
\n
• Sourcing and facilitating secondary trades to support balance sheet management
\n
• Working closely with LCM and origination teams on structuring, pricing, and market positioning
\n
• Providing market intelligence, liquidity analysis, and investor feedback into live transactions
\n
• Supporting strategic initiatives including syndications across real estate, infrastructure, and broader real assets
\n
• Collaborating with global teams to deliver a coordinated approach to investor engagement
\n

Profile

We are looking to speak with individuals who bring a strong understanding of European loan markets and a proven ability to operate in a client-facing, revenue-generating role.

Key experience includes:

• Deep knowledge of loan products, ideally across infrastructure, project finance, real estate, and/or leveraged finance
\n
• Established investor relationships and a track record of successful deal distribution
\n
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to influence structuring and pricing decisions
\n
• A proactive, relationship-led mindset with the ability to operate across multiple stakeholders
\n
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment
\n
